Delete Recycyle bin
Recycle Bin stores all the files that are deleted on the system. How about deleting the recycle bin itself.
People rarely use recycle bin. A file is deleted only when it is completely unnecessary and thus most people, usually delete the files permanently (Shift + Del) instead of sending them to the recycle bin. In such a case, what is the point of having recycle bin on the desktop. Follow this registry hack and get rid of recycle bin. Do not worry, it can be restored any time.
- Open RUN box and type ‘regedit’
- In the left pane of the registry editor, traverse to the following location.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/explorer/Desktop/NameSpace
- Now, in the right pane look for the key named, ‘Recycle Bin’ and delete it.
That is all. Recycle bin is gone (after you reboot the machine)
